Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to banquet reservations and customised catering services booked through this website. Refund eligibility is determined by the confirmed booking terms, the circumstances of the request and applicable consumer protection legislation in Mexico and, where relevant, Europe.

2. Reservation Deposits

Prices displayed on this website represent reservation deposits only, not the full cost of the requested service.

The deposit is credited towards the total agreed service price. The quotation or booking confirmation will state the total price, deposit amount, outstanding balance and relevant payment deadlines.

Payment of a deposit does not mean that the full service price has been paid.

3. Customer Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a booking should submit a written request to banquet@feastreserve.com, including the booking reference and event date.

The amount refundable, if any, will be assessed according to the agreed booking terms, the timing of the cancellation, services already performed, reasonable costs lawfully recoverable and applicable legislation.

Any cancellation charge or amount retained must have a lawful basis and must not exceed the amount permitted by the applicable terms and law.

4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Where statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights apply, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Certain catering or event services booked for a specific date or period may qualify for an exception to statutory withdrawal rights under applicable European consumer law. Any such exception will apply only where the relevant legal conditions are met.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Changes to Reservations

Requests to change the event date, venue, guest numbers, menu or other agreed arrangements must be submitted in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and written agreement. A change may affect the total price, deposit allocation and payment schedule.

If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the available options and any applicable refund will be determined by the confirmed booking terms and relevant law.

6. Cancellation by the Service Provider

If we are unable to provide the agreed service and no suitable alternative is accepted by the customer, any refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the booking terms and applicable legislation.

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable requirements.

7. Service Issues and Complaints

If the delivered service materially differs from the confirmed arrangements, customers should contact us promptly by email, providing the booking reference, event date and a description of the issue.

We will review the information and respond with the appropriate next steps. Any applicable refund or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with the agreed service scope and relevant law.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practicable and as required by applicable law.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method and the relevant financial institutions. Customers will be informed if additional information is required to complete the refund.

9. Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balance remains payable in accordance with the confirmed booking terms, subject to applicable law and any valid cancellation, refund or other remedy.

No additional amount will be charged without an applicable contractual basis and the required customer agreement or disclosure.

10. Applicable Law

This Policy is read together with the website’s Terms and Conditions and Service Delivery Policy.

Mexican law applies as relevant to the transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to customers in their country of residence, including relevant European consumer protections where applicable.
