Our booking process begins with an enquiry, followed by a discussion of the event details, a quotation and an agreed reservation deposit. The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the confirmed quotation and booking terms.

Pricing and Deposits
Prices displayed on this website represent reservation deposits only, not the full cost of the service. The total service price, deposit amount, outstanding balance and applicable payment deadlines will be stated in the individual quotation or booking confirmation before the customer commits to the order.
A deposit is credited towards the agreed total price. Payment of the deposit does not mean that the full service price has been paid. Any additional amount must be agreed and disclosed before it becomes payable.
Booking and Confirmation
Customers may submit an enquiry to discuss their preferred date, event location, number of guests, menu requirements and budget. A quotation will be prepared according to the information provided.
A booking is confirmed when the agreed service details have been documented and the required deposit has been received. Any subsequent changes to the date, guest numbers, menu or service scope must be agreed in writing and may affect the final price and availability.
Cancellations and Customer Rights
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email, including the booking reference and event date. Any refund or amount retained will be assessed in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable consumer law.
Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain applicable wherever required by law. Where a service is booked for a specific date or period, any applicable statutory exception will be assessed according to the nature of the booking and the relevant legal requirements.
